Daniel Bassili

Daniel articled with Genest Murray LLP and joined the firm upon being called to the bar in 2013.

Before arriving at Genest Murray, Daniel gained valuable litigation experience as a criminal law division leader at the Community and Legal Aid Services Programme (C.L.A.S.P.) and as a student at the Osgoode Mediation Centre. Daniel also represented Osgoode Hall Law School at several international moot court competitions.

Daniel’s practice is in civil litigation with a focus on tortious insurance defence matters.
